Le Gaimont estate is a small wine-growing castle carved in tufa from the 15th to the 18th century.
Restored with passion by the Merceret Trapani family, it now opens again to the world with all the comfort of the 21st century.
Its enclosure surrounded by high stone walls is a preserved natural setting, in the middle of the best vineyards of Vouvray.
Its Renaissance-inspired gardens, terraced, populated with exotic species, conceal unusual reception spaces carved into the rock.
